Connect ServiceM8 to Zevik

Pull your ServiceM8 job quotes directly into Zevik. Turn them into voice-explained client pages without any manual export or upload.

What connecting ServiceM8 does

Adds a Send with Zevik action inside the ServiceM8 More menu — no manual PDF upload
Lets Zevik generate a voice explanation from the ServiceM8 quote when you choose Send with Zevik
Writes a diary note back to ServiceM8 when a quote is sent or approved, and updates job status to Work Order on approval

Open Integrations in Zevik

Open Zevik and click Integrations in the sidebar.

Click Connect next to ServiceM8

You will be taken to the ServiceM8 login page. Sign in with your ServiceM8 account credentials.

Allow access in ServiceM8

ServiceM8 will ask you to confirm. Click Allow — this gives Zevik permission to read job and quote details and to write diary notes.

Send your first quote with Zevik

Open any quote in ServiceM8, click More, then choose Send with Zevik. The first time you do this, Zevik securely links your ServiceM8 account to your Zevik account.

What happens when a client approves

Client taps Approve on their Zevik quote page

Zevik records the approval and notifies you immediately

The approval is visible in your Zevik proof grid with a full activity log
