What connecting ServiceM8 does
Open Zevik and click Integrations in the sidebar.
You will be taken to the ServiceM8 login page. Sign in with your ServiceM8 account credentials.
ServiceM8 will ask you to confirm. Click Allow — this gives Zevik permission to read job and quote details and to write diary notes.
Open any quote in ServiceM8, click More, then choose Send with Zevik. The first time you do this, Zevik securely links your ServiceM8 account to your Zevik account.
What happens when a client approves
ServiceM8 is connected. Open any quote in ServiceM8 and click More → Send with Zevik to send your first one.
