Open Zevik and tap New Quote

From your Zevik dashboard, tap the New Quote button in the top right. You will be taken to the upload screen.

Select your quote PDF

Tap the upload area and select your PDF file. PDF is the recommended format — JPG and PNG are supported as a fallback only.

Wait while Zevik processes it

Zevik reads the PDF and extracts the key details. This takes a few seconds. You will see a progress indicator while it works.

Review the extracted details

Check the job title, total, and other details look correct. Tap any field to correct it before moving on to the script.

Manual PDF uploads do not sync back to Xero or ServiceM8 automatically. If you want client approvals to update your accounting tool, connect Xero or connect ServiceM8 instead.
